Welcome to ManaStorage, a service operated by Mirror Maru LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website and file hosting services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You agree not to use the Services to upload, store, share, or distribute any of the following types of content:
Content that violates any applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to copyright or trademark laws.
Pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit material involving minors.
Content that promotes hate speech, violence, terrorism, or harassment.
Malicious software, viruses, or any content intended to damage, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to any system or data.
Content that violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
Content that includes personal health information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA, unless authorized and secured by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or uploaded prohibited content.
You retain ownership of your content, but by uploading or sharing content through the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and serve your files in connection with your use of the Services.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal rights to upload and share all content you use on our platform.
We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded to our platform without authorization, please contact our designated DMCA agent as detailed on our DMCA Takedown page.
We retain user data for up to six (6) months following account deactivation. During this period, you may contact us to reactivate your account and restore access to your files. After six months of inactivity or deactivation, all stored data may be permanently deleted without further notice.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are generally not issued unless there are clear and verifiable issues directly related to billing errors or service failure. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed terms. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.
ManaStorage strives to provide reliable and functionally unlimited access to file downloads for our free users. However, to ensure service stability and prevent abuse, we reserve the right to throttle or temporarily disable links in extreme cases where a free file consumes an unusually high amount of bandwidth (e.g., tens of terabytes due to viral sharing).
In normal usage, most users will never encounter this limit. This policy acts solely as a safeguard to maintain service quality for all users.
We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for other reasons, including legal compliance or system abuse.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or security of the Services.
In no event shall Mirror Maru LLC, its affiliates, or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Our “Lifetime” plans refer to the lifetime of the product or service, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
A Lifetime plan grants access to the subscribed service for as long as ManaStorage continues to offer and operate that specific product. If the product is discontinued, merged into another service, or replaced, the Lifetime plan will end, and no further access or refunds will be provided unless otherwise stated at the time of discontinuation.
